Pre-Construction
During the pre-construction phase, we'll talk about the vision for your project. I will source architects and contractors, request bids and negotiate the contracts for you. We'll plan the project, work on design elements and figure out how to make the renovation happen within your budget. We'll also establish a communication plan that works best for you and the scope of the project. We're off to a good start at this point!
Construction
Once your project gets underway, I'll be monitoring all aspects of the work from demo to installation. I'll resolve issues that will inevitably come up, giving you the best options and my suggestions on the best way forward. Upon completion, I'll insure those last little items (punch list) actually get done.
Professional Team
I've assembled a network of professionals whose work I trust. From architects to contractors, to home organizers, I will help source everything for you. I can also work with you to choose appliances and finishes. We're lucky to have so many options, but it can feel overwhelming - I can help narrow down your choices. If you already have folks in place and you've already made design decisions, I'm happy to pick up from there, making sure that your project is done on time and on budget. Or, maybe your project has started and you simply cannot oversee the details anymore, I can step in at this point too. Every project is custom and I will tailor my services to meet your needs.

Realtors/Architects
As a Real Estate professional, you know it can be challenging to close the deal when your client is hesitant to take on renovations. After consulting with you about her unique situation, I'll review the floorpan and develop ideas to help your client visualize her options, provide ballpark costs and estimated timelines. As a courtesy, I can join you on a walk-through with your client and help close the deal.

If you're an architect and love to design, but have zero interest in managing the project, I can manage the project for your client once the blueprints are finalized.
